The second reason why communication effective  important in world of is Respect difference and tolerance. Mutual respect for differences is a key to harmonization in a small or large group. By respecting and tolerating, the division in the world of work will be reduced. With the diversity of languages ​​and cultures in the world of work, naturally it takes a strong communication in the world of effective work so that employees can understand each other.  Effective communication will also make employees appreciate the differences, so as to create a comfortable working atmosphere. 

          Form of communication that exists between one and another is evidence that humans need other people to be able to issue opinions or respond. The last reason why effective communication is very important and needed in the world of work is Communication Can Create job satisfaction. Communication that is open or willing to listen to opinions often and is important in the world of work. A leader must communicate with his employees openly. The purpose of open communication is to find out the problems that are being faced by their employees, so that the leader can control the improvement of their employees' performance. In addition, communication also creates job satisfaction felt by its employees. Thus, employees can feel valued by the company. If a company leader can implement effective communication in his company, then any problems that arise will be easily overcome. A good leader will be able to provide examples and motivation for employees. Motivation is very important in increasing work productivity. This motivation also has a relationship with effective communication. Communication becomes an important element in the world of work, especially can increase one's motivation at work. Good communication can influence someone to be more active in work. Vice versa, bad communication has a negative impact on one's motivation which results in corporate conflict itself. The most important aspect of effective communication in the work atmosphere is relationship building. If the relationship has happened well then positive things will happen.

         A good working relationship is basic key to dealing with crisis management and helping deal with changes that occur in the organization.  Work relations harmony between employees with one another will form a work environment conducive and pleasant ( Serti said spaho cupach 2019). Then they also say that someone who is able to effectively create interpersonal communication and pleasant interpersonal relationship that allows her to establish and foster meaningful relationships with others. So is in organizations, interpersonal communication can also support employees in establish and foster good working relationships with other employees. Research stated that deep communication organization, including interpersonal communication, plays a role which is important to employee motivation, where in this modern era employees faced with increasing workload and work pressure, and working hours the longer( Rajhans 2012 ). Effective communication from superiors to subordinates helps managers in implementing its decisions by employees, also developing cooperation, trust, work productivity, and minimize miscommunication and rumors. Effective communication from subordinates to superiors helps managers to understand organization and issues related to employees. Communication effective interpersonal both superiors and subordinates will help create a work environment that supports the growth of work motivation in employees.

Therefore if someone is able to master communication then everything that will happen will have an impact and a positive side in life.
